Attachment of Riders, "Star Signs", or anything that requires screws, staples, nails, or tacks is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Repairing holes in posts costs anywhere from $2 - 5 per hole, including re-painting. Cleaning of posts used as bird roosts, and repainting after each use is STANDARD with The Post Man, and there is no added fee for this service ... but this does NOT include vandalism, holes in wood, or theft. For Non-Emergency Please Email at THIS address:

1) Choose whether you want to LEASE a Post for 2, 4, 6,or 12 month. (4 is standard with PayPal use adding 2 FREE months= 6 months total)

2) Download this page, print it on your printer, fill it out by hand (Please PRINT clearly making sure to give us your COMPLETE billing address with Suite Numbers, Apt #'s, or Room numbers AND your email address for PayPal billing AND your cell phone for questions)

3) Fax the Order to 760-406-5600. You will receive an invoice from PayPal AND an email confirmation, both of which should give you a specific installation date. If you need a RUSH order and the post is available please CALL to inform us so that we can prioritize your order. (Please allow up to one hour for us to receive it since we use eFax & it goes thru a hub in Salt Lake City, Utah before being sent to us).

If You Order a Special Order Color, an HOA Tan Post, or a post color that is back ordered, we will call you with optional colors OR give you a date when your post will be ready. We RARELY are out of white posts, but other colors may be temporarily out of stock.
