Currently we offer a variety of colors and we are more than happy to customize a color to match your corporate colors.

Choose from all white, red, blue, HOA tan (approved in many private gated communities), or Century 21 Yellow/gold.

For a small $8 fee we can mix colors such as having a white cross post on a blue, red, or yellow main post.

We can also customize your post with pink, purple, green, or a special custom color. In other words, we are here to make YOU happy

so feel free to ask for that SPECIAL color about which you've always dreamed. City Ordinance requires us to limit posts to only 2 different colors on the same post.

Many realtors prefer a custom sized sign. Local examples of this are an 18" wide by 24" long sign. For this you can use our standard post and we'll adapt the eye screws to match your sign's eyelets OR we can custom make a shorter cross post that more accurately matches the narrower width of your sign. This is a service rarely used, but is available should you ever wish to try it. There is NO additional charge for this service.

Commercial Posts are used to mount LARGER signs ... usually 4 ft x 6 ft or as large as 4ft x 8ft. These are normally placed on large land parcels or large commercial buildings or warehouses. You can have a single sign which uses TWO posts OR you can have a Double V-type sign using 3 posts, usually with ground braces. You could even do a kiosk-type where there are 4 signs and the customer walks around it for all the information. We are very creative when it comes to commercial posts so tell us your wild, crazy idea and we'll figure out a way to make it a reality. You can check out one of our 3 post displays on the right side of Hwy 10 just east of Dillon Rd, in Coachella (a Tarbell Realtor Sign). Be sure to select the cost of parts and then ADD the Labor costs as well. The cost for these is 2 part:

8 ft OR 10 ft Post, painted to YOUR color choice (white if no color choice is indicated) ... $25 per post, painted

Installation for MOST local areas within 25 miles R/T of White Water ... $50 (2 post installation)

3 Post Installation (up to 2 signs, each 8 ft x 4ft, or less) ... $120 + $2.50 labor per 2x4 brace attached to main posts for wind strength

Prices include direct mounting of sign to post using wood screws to attach sign. Framing is extra, as explained below.

We can frame your sign so that no screws pass through it for an additional $15 (2 - 2x4x8 or 10... and mounting screws) for parts and $10 labor. ($25 total)

Your Sign fits securely between the 2x4 and 4x4 post ... allows for wind movement and post flex without damaging your sign. Recommended if you plan on using the sign multiple times on different properties OR in High Wind and fault (earthquake) areas.

We monitor many of the real estate supply houses and as such can offer you anything that exists out there. For example, there is a company that makes a Solar Powered Light that attaches to the top post and shines down on the sign below. Of course security is an issue with this option and should only be used when your sign is behind a fence or is in a protected area but it provides a unique effect and will make your sign stand out.

There are several brochure boxes available ... some that fall apart in the sun, others that will last for several months to a year. We offer a heavy duty plastic box that will provide many months of service, even against our constant sunlight. You always have the option of requesting one of our boxes or you may supply us with yours and we'll install those on sign orders that request a box.

We manufacture our own rider holders in our White Water plant. We use aluminum channel, custom drilled, with a unique set of hardware that secures your rider most effectively (see picture above). We have tested the cast blocks that are available for $15 and have found them to be too short for the high wind areas and far too costly. We offer our 16" version for our standard posts at $7 and a longer 26" version for our larger posts at $10. The 26" version can be drilled so that you can add TWO riders ... just let us know in advance so that we can customize it during manufacture. We can also make modifications at the time of installation.

Please note ... it is important to give us ALL the information necessary (such as whether we should add a rider holder, or brochure box, or universal hole drilling for different size signs, post color, post SIZE (large or standard) ... etc ) WITH your written order when it is FAXED to us. Be sure to take some extra time to decide whether you want a brochure box, rider holder, etc. so that we can equip your post before it leaves our White Water plant. Our trucks are equipped so that we can make MOST modifications during installation as well but certain things MUST be done at the plant. Please do not expect verbal phone orders to work as well as a written order. For legal and security purposes we respond to written orders ONLY. Although we try to inform installers of verbal changes we cannot guarantee that verbal orders will be honored. Communication is important. Whenever you have a question or concern, please ask. If you are uncertain about anything .... please ask. If our explanation still leaves doubts or questions please ask for a clarification. If you have special instructions, requirements, be sure to put these on the FAX FORM where it says: "Special Instructions".

The Lease Option is growing in popularity every day ... mainly because we continue to keep our prices low. A deposit is necessary but it is refundable once your post is picked up by our driver. Color is limited to white. Leasing a standard post or a large post or a "one size fits all" post is $5 per month.

Or you can purchase your post. Advantages to this option are that you own the post and can insure it with your carrier. We will also store your post in our White Water plant for FREE. We will also do touch-ups to the paint as necessary, at no extra charge. Give us the word and we'll pull your post from storage and install it on your listing with your sign and rider. When you feel that your post needs to be refurbished, tell us and we'll re-paint the entire post for $11, including paint. If you want us to remove all hardware, including rider holder, re-paint the entire post and reinstall rider holder and REPLACE eye screws and S-hooks the charge is $20 for a Standard size post and $25 for larger posts.

First - Time customers are asked to use PayPal. Credit card customers may use PayPal as well. If you need to open a PayPal account the easiest way is to call customer service at 888-221-1161 and ask them to help you. WITH their help your account is up and running in minutes ... be sure to include a credit card or two, a debit card, and a checking account. When you order a post you can choose the method of payment that works best for you and you can change that on each order if you'd like. PayPal deposits the proceeds into our account but they do not give us your credit card info ... you're totally safe with PayPal. For existing accounts that are billed at least 4 times per month just fill out the FAX form and we'll send a bill in 2-3 days after your post is installed. We would appreciate it if you could send payment within 10 days and thru June 15th, 2007 we'll DOUBLE your lease time if your invoice is pre-paid using PayPal ( we pay all the fees ). We'll usually follow up with a friendly "Reminder" call if you forget. After 20 days from installation date we will re-bill you with a 5% surcharge to cover late fees and $5 in billing fees. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days a REMOVE ORDER is sent to the truck and your post will be removed. We are always willing to work with people but communication is a necessity. We work best with people who communicate with us. Please make checks payable to "Painted Hills Power LLC", our corporate parent.

Simply include your email address on your original fax order and we will send an invoice to your email box. We pay the fees to PayPal, you save time, money, a 41¢ stamp, and add sky-miles to your credit card. We install your post immediately when we receive email notification of your remittal to PayPal (we must receive FAX order and PayPal confirmation before 9am for same day installation. Orders received after 9am will be installed the next business day ... for emergency rush rush orders there is an additional $20 fee)

The Post Office will take 2-3 days in most cases and they hold your sign in Cabazon (about 11 miles from our plant) until we pick it up. More hassles BUT you will probably get the best price from USPS. The address for Postal mailing is:

You can also REQUEST a PayPal Invoice at no extra charge. Give us your email address and we'll invoice your computer. Most everyone seems to be familiar with PayPal's easy ordering system. Once we receive verification from PayPal and your FAX Order Form, your order is loaded into our truck for next available installation.

Want a "Post Verification Pic"? Give us your email address and add $5 to your invoice and check the box on the FAX Form. An email will be sent within 48 hours of installation.

Orders submitted through our OTHER web site, on the form supplied, will take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to reach our installation personnel. FAXING is the fastest and BEST and the ONLY way to submit orders by 9am for SAME DAY INSTALLATION. We suggest that you email us with questions regarding installations and removals. This gives us a chance to check our records and give you an EXACT response. Direct phone calls are not recommended for these requests. Written requests and orders always receive top priority over phone calls. Phone calls should be limited to questions about cost or when an installation can be performed or to verify that genuine Post Man employees are currently on your property. When in doubt, ask for a business card or postcard with The Post Man printed on it. Most of our trucks have plenty of these on board and will verify to you that these are genuine Post Man employees.
